When Citi launched Citigold Private Client (CPC) in 2020, the goal was to create a premium experience for clients with $1M+ in assets—starting with a standout welcome kit. By 2024, with Citi’s new visual identity, we refreshed the kit to feel simpler and more sophisticated. Out went the bulky booklet; in came a sleek design pointing clients to a digital experience.
The result? A clean, modern first touch that feels as elevated as the clients it’s made for.
